We serve a selection 100% arabica from Ecuador. Beans from Ecuador grows in altitude around 1700 m.a.s.l. It's planted on volcano Pichincha's hills in a specific biodiverse location between the rainforest Chocó and Andes. Through the shade of wild pins, banana and mango trees, cherries ripen slowly in the best conditions, allowing a concentration of sugars in the heart of the bean. The harvest takes place between July and October. Farmers make sure of the highest possible quality and coffee is harvested only manually. Characteristics: Sweetness of milk chocolate with tones of nuts, long aftertaste.
